The Project
The Abha International Airport expansion is a flagship project under Saudi Vision 2030 designed to transform the Aseer region into a global tourism hub.
The annual passenger capacity will surge from 1.5 million to 13 million by the final phases and the terminal area will expand from 10,500 sqm to approximately 65,000 sqm in Phase 1, eventually reaching 73,200 sqm. The new facility will include 20 gates, 41 check-in counters (including 7 self-service kiosks), 24 jetways, and parking for 6,000 vehicles
Our Appointment
East West Consulting Group was commissioned for quantity take-off and Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation. This includes detailed quantity take-off sheets/logs with all calculations and references to drawings and a formal, finalized Bill of Quantities document.
