He is a specialist in contracts management and dispute resolution, with nearly three decades of experience across the region. Tamer has advised clients on complex contractual, commercial, and claims matters, providing strategic guidance from contract formation through to dispute resolution.

Ayman is the Chief Executive Officer of EWCG.
He brings over 30 years of experience in project management and construction management. Ayman has held senior leadership roles on large-scale and complex projects, where he has consistently driven cost certainty, value optimisation, and effective delivery strategies.
