The Project
Stage 2 of Etihad Rail is the crucial segment of the UAE’s national railway, spanning 605 km from Ghuweifat on the Saudi border to Fujairah on the East Coast, connecting key ports, industrial zones (like Dubai Industrial City, Jebel Ali), and linking the GCC, enhancing logistics for bulk goods (limestone, steel, waste, etc.) with advanced freight facilities.

East West Consulting Group was commissioned to provide an unbiased expert opinion on claims and disputes, providing clarity on entitlements, facilitating fair settlements, and ensuring decisions are based on objective facts. This involves reviewing documents, performing analyses (delay, quantum, etc.), and presenting findings to help resolve the claim fairly.
